Football (6v6)
Separate tournament for men and women.
Registration fee: 5000 Prize pool: 12000*
Rules regarding 6 sided football tournament:
1. Number of teams per college – No limit
2. Format – Group stage followed by knockouts
3. Playing 6 with maximum of 3 substitutes can be used
4. Rolling substitution is allowed
5. Teams should carry their own goalkeeping gloves
6. Each half will be of 20 minutes each with a 5 minute break between both halves.
7. In case of knockout matches penalty shootout would be played if the scores are level(no extra time) 3 penalty kicks each
8. The referee’s decision shall be final and binding
9. All teams to reach the ground at least 15 mins before the kickoff time
10. Schedule of respective matches will be released a day prior.
11. Wear appropriate sporting apparel.
12. Cheering is permitted as long as it doesn’t affect the flow of the game (decided by the referee). Cheering or any form of shouting is not allowed in between a rally.
13. Shouting out calls that are to be made by the referee is strictly prohibited.
